Delivering lecture at the SSST

Meeting such bright, kind, and ambitious young people reminded me how much strength, talent, and potential this generation carries. Their energy inspired me, their openness moved me, and our conversations genuinely made me happy.

I am especially proud that this marks the beginning of the first internship program at ASA Institute a program created to give students real exposure beyond the classroom: from research & development, EU projects, scientific work and publishing, and involvement in meetings, business events, to learning across ASA Medical Group departments including marketing, IT, legal, finance, business development and international relations.

This is also just the beginning of what will become a meaningful and lasting collaboration between the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology, University of Buckingham and ASA Institute Bosnia and Herzegovina & ASA Medical Group.

Because the truth is simple: a truly happy and fulfilled person is often the one who knows their purpose. And young people do not discover that through studying alone, they discover it through work, experience, responsibility, and real-world learning alongside academia. They are entrusted to us, and that is both a privilege and a responsibility. We are called to guide them, inspire them, and be a source of motivation as they grow into the people they are meant to become.

That is why this means so much.

I am deeply inspired, truly grateful, and very excited for us to begin in just a few days.

Beautiful, intelligent, and motivated young people like these are a powerful reminder that the future is full of promise and for me, they are not only hope, but a true source of motivation.
