ASA Institute Concept

The key concept of ASA Institute is to serve as the head R&D facility at ASA Hospital and for the whole ASA group.
The facility is designed to comprehend a new culture for R&D, with features that facilitate inter-departmental communication among researchers, physicians and entrepreneurs. The Institute is designed for the comprehensive pursuit of research, development, technology, and entrepreneurship. When appropriate, the RDC collaborates with relevant professionals in the public and private sectors in order to leverage others’ expertise.
Emerging (health/biomed) research and development capacities as the part of ASA Hospital can significantly contribute toward improving public health, strengthening the general health system in B&H, health promotion, disease prevention and treatment in accordance with international health standards and working conditions, reducing the waiting time for the treatment, completing the missing offers in healthcare, and overall social welfare.
